The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the Official Housing Bureau for the 4th Latin American Conference on Lung Cancer. Rooms have been secured and special room rates have been negotiated at the conference hotel – The Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel and Convention Center.
The significantly discounted rate is
only available to Conference attendees through the Official Housing Bureau (ICS)
and is subject to availability.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy Cancellations or changes WILL NOT be accepted by phone. Cancellations must be made till Friday, 25 June 2010 to avoid a penalty charge of two nights room and tax which will be applied to the credit card on file or loss of cheque or bank transfer deposit. All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing by mail, fax or email (preferred) and sent to the Congress Secretariat. Please Note: Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of the hotel reservation and a charge equal to one night room and tax or more charged to the credit card number above or loss of cheque or bank transfer deposit. Please confirm the length of your stay with the hotel at check-in time. Should you decide to leave earlier, the hotel may charge for all nights reserved.
